Estate Planning Is Only For The Rich!

Don’t Fool Yourself

Introduction

Putting all the pieces together in the Estate Planning puzzle can be overwhelming.   There are many aspects to consider:  probate, wills, trusts, charitable giving, guardians, administration, taxes, costs and fees.  Mid-America Financial Services of Michigan can relieve some of the stress of establishing and maintaining a proper estate plan and help you preserve your estate and distribute it according to your wishes.

“Many American’s think that estate planning only helps the rich.." It is estimated that as much as 70 percent of Americans do no estate planning”.

Remember, whether you like it or not, you will have an estate plan when you die.  However, the courts will write it for you and will force it on your loved ones.  Someone else will decide who will receive your wealth and who will become the guardian of your children.  Your loved ones will have to bear all these unnecessary costs. Please don't delay.

Company Philosophy

When we share the concepts of proper estate planning, we try to meet the client’s hopes, fears, dreams, and aspirations by adhering to the following definition of estate planning.

“I want to control my property while I am alive, take care of me and my loved ones if I become disabled, and give what I have to whom I want, the way I want, and when I want and, if I can, I want to save every last tax dollar, professional fee, and court cost possible.”

…from a Practical Skills Seminar presented by Robert A. Esperti and Renno L. Peterson.
